The latest update issued 14/4/26 contains the update for the Submitter for 26/27

In order to run the updated Submitter you will need to create a new shortcut to the file STAFF32\SUBMITTER27\Submitter18.launch.pyw because your current shortcut will point to the previous SUBMITTER26 folder.
